This PR is an attempt to add "easy" multicall handling, with "automatic" fault handling.
It's hacky, since multicall responses are decoded twice : once following https://github.com/divan/gorilla-xmlrpc to split the calls, and again using your approach.
But it's enough for my use case, and it's opt-in since "normal" calls are essentially untouched.
I post this PR more as a starting point for discussion or as help for other people, since I think it's not good enough in the general case.
