chore: update react-aria-components and associates

Summary

Bumping RAC one notch to get this fix they made in: adobe/react-spectrum#8822, keeping react-aria and @types/react updated as well since they came along with it.

Testing approaches

Unit tests + chromatic build looks good to me.
