Fix run-example for clean environments

Fixes:

• points the tarball download for solr to valid location
• fixes bug in stop-example when solr renamed the server directory from example
• corrects problem where the httpclient libs were not getting copied on first invocation since the solr war was not extracted.
• fixes problem where the httpcore was not being coppied due to misnamed variables

Adds:

• vagrant file for running example in consistent environment
