It just wraps `pytest.main`, so that can just be used directly.

This is all pure python. There is nothing in this package that could be
impacted by platform types. I think it is fine to not bother with macosx
builds.

Drops Python 3.4 since that testing fails. Probably we should drop other old Pythons too, but I didn't do that here.
