This is a rather pre-emptive change to add support for dotnet10 and dotnet10 aot. the dotnet 10 runtime is currently only in developer preview, but it shouldn't be much longer.
One thing that can't be done yet, which needs to be done before the merge is to update the Amazon.Lambda packages for both runtimes. I'll do that as soon as those packages are released.
