Courseware application

This is a simple Rails application for teachers who want to manage a set
of standard Web pages for the courses they are teaching.

After installing the application, there are a few things to do:
 - Edit config/initializers/courseware-config.rb
 - Take care of config/database.yml and config/initializers/site_keys.rb
 - rake db:create, rake db:migrate, rake gems:install
 - Change icons in public/images
 - Edit style.css to suit you
