FF142 adds support for the remaining mandatory properties of RTCIceCandidatePairStats: RTCIceCandidatePairStats.totalRoundTripTime, RTCIceCandidatePairStats.currentRoundTripTime, RTCIceCandidatePairStats.responsesReceived in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1371391

This adds a release note and a docs typo fix.
