Is there a BCD describing these properties, to make it obvious that these are only available to Chromium-based browsers? |

Description
This PR adds the additional properties identified in feedback on webextension.api.webNavigation.onCommitted Chrome only properties #27012.
As such, it's an extension of #39893
Also, re-ordered lists of properties so they were presented similarly across all methods and events. Moved the deprecated and largely irrelevant
processIdproperty to the end of the list.
