Description
This PR removes https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn_web_development/Core/Challenges.
My rationale is that most of the pages it claims to provide solutions for no longer relate to it, and none of the pages that it allegedly contains solutions for link back to it, except for one, on which I have removed the link and provided an in-page solution instead (a summary/details structure, like we've done on all the learn skills pages).
