Auto Patch pytorch for CVE-2025-55560, CVE-2025-55558.

This code should be moved after line 955 in builtin.py, rest of this patch backport looks fine->

Not sure about this patch, seems bit off, as the upstream patch seems to be working on flat levels, but this patch is working on nested depth of the loop. Would request for a review from an expert on this. Thanks
