This PR attempts to turn on netfx testing for the main ModelContextProtocol.Tests project. Makes the following changes:
StreamReaderimplementation from .NET Core so that cancellableReadLine()calls are supported, preventing deadlocks during disposal.Note that this does not turn on netfx testing on Windows due to #587
