This change adds the official DocBase MCP server to the official integrations list in the README. DocBase has developed an official MCP server that allows users to interact with DocBase API through the Model Context Protocol.

It has been confirmed to work on clients such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and Gemini CLI.
