Removed extra `print` calls, replaced others with `outputDebugScript` where appropriate.
Improves the security of resource data by using the new `clientChangesPolicy` parameter where appropriate.
Changes the function override for `outputDebugString` to always output errors and warnings, instead of only in `DEBUGMODE`.
