"ARCUS Client 기본 사용법(arcus-client-basic-usage)" 에서 "(arcus-client-basic-usage)"는 없어도 됩니다. 추가해야 할 이유가 있나요?

기존에 존재하는 모든 링크에 한글 제거하고 일괄 a 태그 적용하는거 아닌가요?
