Adds Remora.Neos.Headless.API, a mod that adds a REST API to the headless client.
Due to the complexity of an in-process HTTP server, this mod is not distributed as a single assembly like most other mods. It requires several third-party (non-mod) libraries that are provided along with the mod in a zip archive. I hope that's okay; I couldn't see anything in the schema that could be used to indicate this.
