This app adds a smart picker provider to get text templates when using Text, Collectives, Talk, Mail or any place where the link picker is integrated.
Nextcloud admins can define text template that will be available for all users. There is a "Text template" sub section in the "Basic settings" admin settings section.
Users can define their own text templates in the "Additional settings" personal settings section.
