Export counts is not implemented for now but eventually it would be still helpful to have it. Shall we keep the parameters and open an issue for reminder?

Maybe just the issue? These unused variables give warnings while linting

This PR fixes several issues in the code formatting. This will re-enable some features of the language server and less failure in
nextflow lint .Some issues still remain and are not fixable currently (but will be in the future)
