@herpov Do you still need this data in test-datasets? Does it belong to a specific module or is it used for a pipeline then nf-core/scrnaseq branch would be better suited. |

A PR is in progress for nf-core/scrnaseq which expands the tool to accept datasets that first need sample demultiplexing and then for each sample requires immune profiling. This PR, is to make a toy dataset available for the tool.
