Smurf number finder. A Smurf number is equal to the sum of its digits been exponented with its index. Examples of Smurf numbers: 89=8^1+9^2 and 135=1^1+3^2+5^3.
String trasformation. String's letters must be shifted to 13 Ascii places. If the shift exceeds the letters "z" or "Z", then it must continue shifting after "a" or "A".
