tests: mcuboot.direct_xip.with_revert extend timeout

Extend timeout for upgrade testing on nrf54H.
After adding ipc radio core, tests can take
more than 900s

IPC radio core added in that PR: #24707

In one CI run we received log:
WARNING - Timeout has occurred. Can be extended in testspec file. Currently set to 900 seconds.
