Fixes #.

Changes proposed in this PR:

  • updated next config mjs for libp2p
  • test-node.tsx is a test purpose page, to check the connections to peers
  • creat
  • add node service to start the node:
    • search for peer addresses in peerStore and dht
    • add a dial method with retry mechanism
    • add method to send commands to peers
    • add method to getEnvs of the peer

The page in the screenshot is used only for testing purposes. The peerId is for compute1 node

this need to target feat/redesing branch so do not merge it yet, change target and check if still working then re-request review pls
