Clarifies function comment in conversation_history.rs to define API messages as any message that is not a system message or "Other". Updates terminology for better accuracy and alignment with current message type definitions.

This is a minor PR that updates the
is_api_messagecomment inconversation_history.rsto match the implementation.The current (& inaccurate) comment can be confusing for newcomers and/or agents working on this file.
