This PR aims to merge my SCALE documentation minipage (currently hosted here: https://wentelteefje.github.io/parity-scale-codec/) into the
gh-pagesbranch of this repository. I think with the current configuration everything should work out of the box. The page will be available under https://paritytech.github.io/parity-scale-codec/.Closes #536.
