What?
updating button label for ES and IT
Why?
current label inappropriate for ITES pay monthly products
How?
update label text to string to support both pi3 and LT products
Why are we making these changes? Include references to any related Jira tasks or GitHub Issues
introducing new long term product for IT and ES - so we're changing label from 'pay in 3 installments' to 'pay in installments' in italian and spanish respectively

For the paypal.Buttons component, set currency=EUR and enable-funding=paylater
for Italian label:
buyer-country=IT
for Spanish label:
buyer-country=ES
