Currently there is are error when attempting to add the
google/api/*.protofiles to common. This is becuase it is assumes everything add to common that is not of the formgoogle/protobuf/*.protowill use a resolved path. However, this is not what is needed forgoogle/api/*.protoand potentially other namespaces.
