Thanks a ton for putting this PR together! Us officially adding that new documentation was part of the broader revamp of the website, which is now done! So the link to our new docs is front and center everywhere we link to any documentation, which on that site we also prominently display links to the latest API docs. We really appreciate the time you put into this PR, and we can consider this one solved |

I think this page is a good location to mention the point to the API documentation.
You may change the formulation, I really don't know how to present the Pulsar documentation web page.
