Thanks for the PR @steveteuber. We're reaching out to GitHub to encourage them to address this upstream. Adding patches is a bit of a last resort for us as they can be hard to maintain over time. |

There is an annoying bug in the upstream Terraform provider that prevents updating repository settings...
This patch fixes the issue at least for Pulumi users until the upstream issue is resolved 😉
