Initial setup of a React + TypeScript coffee encyclopedia and knowledge graph website.
This PR scaffolds the project with Vite, integrates
react-router-domfor navigation, andreact-force-graph-2dfor the knowledge graph visualization. It includes initial data, pages for browsing coffees/beans, and a functional graph view, addressing the core requirements of the encyclopedia and knowledge graph.
