This PR refactors the ReporterFactory to make it better configurable.
It injects most dependencies so that they can be swapped.
It would be cool if we can have in the PhpUnit package a
PhpUnitQaseConfig, which extend theQaseConfig, so that we can have a more unified configuration wayI think the Logger should also become a Psr\LoggerInterface, but thats another story :)
