Remove mdtp / mdtpsecapp partitions (Mobile Device Theft Prevention) from the KLMT targets as this feature is not available / used in Qualcomm Linux. Signed-off-by: Ricardo Salveti <[email protected]>

Since they are based on an older firmware stack I wasn't really sure if they could be safely removed or not, need to find a way to confirm that with the security team I guess. |

Confirmed these partitions can be removed from KLMT (apps are no longer used), trying to get confirmation for other targets. |
