This PR aims to clean up old specs and renew the scenario's used in the current specs, more specificially:

  • it removes the outdated specs:
  1. transport_spec
  2. washing_on_low_temperatures_spec
  3. hydrogen_spec
  4. lng_spec
  5. climate_spec
  6. biomass_spec

For more information on why these have been removed see: #174

In addition it updates the outdated area code "nl" to "nl2019", and it adds changes the scenario collection to ii3050v2 scenario's.
