I wanted to use Graphite on Windows so I created one using the Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator (MSKLC) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=102134, based on the existing US keyboard installed on Windows 11. - Add Windows 'Keyboard Layout Creator' source config - Add Windows installer.
