More logs!

• Unzip into game folder, replacing files
• Run game and do some networking
• Check logs in SwApiLog.log (and similar files for previous launches)

Initial release (logging only)

Compiled SwApiNet and spartacus demo. Both just proxy calls to original DLL and log method names.
