This is just a Draft PR to show the changes required to load the
libaiolibraries dynamically, instead of compiling against them statically. This aims to resolve an issue where compiling on older Ubuntu (20.04) causes the native libraries built to look forlibaio.so.1, but running on newer Ubuntu (24.04) fails to find the library because it is namedlibaio.so.1t64.
