Remove usage of Source where missed, as for now the main primitive should be Buffer

Motivation:
Buffercurrently should be used everywhere, as a contract. Currently, we should not be able to use sources which are backed by files or similar, as they could block the running thread, which is currently unacceptable.Should be investigated further later: #110
