Should we bump cortex-r-rt and cortex-a-rt at the same time? Or should we continue to test then on 1.82?

Oh, those have their own MSRVs.. I am not sure. I guess if they do not require a higher MSRV, they can be left like this?

Right.. I think its okay to push the MSRV to 1.83 there too. Most consumer crates will import both the run-time and the processor support crate.

You’ll need to search for 1.82 because I think it’s also stated in the README files.
