The question is if we start testing in the CI Pipeline against 3.13.0-rc.1 (and change it to 3.13 after the official release) or if we keep this open until 3.13 is officially released.

There's no rush to add support for 3.13 right now. I'd prefer to wait until it's fully released. Thank you for the PR however, we can keep this as a draft for now and revisit it when 3.13 is released.
