Summary of Changes

Hello @Tobias314, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request focuses on refining the URL structure generated upon the successful upload of an annotation. The primary goal is to correct an existing issue where the returned URL contained an extraneous segment, ensuring that all links to uploaded annotations are properly formatted and functional. This improves the accuracy and reliability of annotation access.

Highlights

  • URL Format Correction: The pull request addresses an issue where the URL returned after an annotation upload included an incorrect format, specifically an unnecessary annotation type segment.
  • Simplified Annotation URL: The change removes the annotation type (typ) from the URL path, resulting in a cleaner and correct URL for accessing uploaded annotations.

Code Review

This pull request fixes the URL format returned by Annotation.upload(). The change removes the annotation type from the URL, making it consistent with other parts of the codebase, such as RemoteAnnotation.url. This is a good simplification and bug fix, as the annotation type in the URL is optional. The change is correct and I approve it.
