As requested by #2924 I've tried to add Discord Notifications.
I've basically copied the slack code and adjusted to template.
One thing I am not sure about is the alertColor. There is a setting for slack and rocketchat but I didn't find the other color Configurations. Are they not existent for the other things?
So should I use the slack color for discord or create my own color scheme?
I'm happy to take recommendations or other stuff.
