Thanks for the PR!! I guess this is "let's keep black tiles"? They must have been interfering with your min intensity projection. Should we have a separate detector for that (otoh, they probably compress really well already)? |

Yes, guess I'm just doing a bit radical since our confidence now is pretty high. I can also visualize what's removed in neuroglancer |
