From nx documentation: "Optionally, you can remove the migrations.json file or keep it to re-run the migration in different Git branches." (https://nx.dev/features/automate-updating-dependencies#step-3-cleaning-up). Do we want to keep a practice of deleting the migrations.jsons? As of now I don't think we have a git workflow for which they would be useful

That makes sense. I deleted the migrations.json.
