This PR adds the Typescript SDK Reference + tutorials for fetching/streaming. The SDK and tutorial is adapted directly from the Data Streams SDK, but fitted to and match the existing tutorials and npm package (all examples have been tested with the latest version of the TS data stream sdk).
The TypeScript SDK also include HA mode. I've updated the other stream tutorials and SDK references as well for HA usage across languages. All examples/descrcriptions of HA mode have been adapted from examples the Data Stream SDK repository.
The Go SDK reference received a few updates, including a description for HA mode and report schemas.
