feat: auto prefill accounts for IDL forms

Added auto prefill accounts for IDL forms. Currently supported: wallet address (signer), hardcoded programs (system program, etc.), PDAs

This PR depends on #790, so there is actually only one commit. Should be rebased as soon as the base PR is merged
