Summary

Add -Pmvnd profile for fast local builds with mvnd
Disables toolchains plugin and ErrorProne for in-process compilation
Default build unchanged (fork=true + ErrorProne)

Usage

mvnd -Pmvnd clean package -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true -DskipTests
