@wsalesky My xslt failed to add type="skos:Concept" to the entryFree element. I've added that with replace all and will fix the xslt. I'm not sure how pressing this is for short term RDF work but obviously it needs to be in there eventually. Just wanted you to know it's been absent.

latest version of the taxonomy data

The changes here should be minimal (except for one new record). I simply reran this using the latest version of the xslt. It adds some xml:ids that weren't in the previous version and fixes some things in the header. This is run for a single spreadsheet/tsv that now contains all taxonomy data including the relationships.
