Add two Claude commands:
/add-bundle-version- Add a new version to the catalog-template.yaml and updates catalogs and opens a PR (e.g. [DO NOT MERGE] Add 4.7.8 version with Claude #243 )/test-and-prepare-release- generate stage release and deploys it to the Konflux cluster and monitors it. If it fails it tells user to follow rerun the release steps. It also generates a prod release, opens a PR for that (e.g. [DO NOT MERGE] Add 4.9.1 release with Claude #244 ) and if stage release Succeeded then claude also adds a note to the production release PR about it.This PR also allows running certain commands by Claude without getting an explicit permission. But it will ask release eng to confirm once the Claude attempts to deploy the stage release to Konflux. So this way only important commands are asking for release eng attention.
Also this PR removes autostashing releases to the git. I think it's not convenient because we don't need to push stage releases anyway.
