• remove redundant length field in ViennaRNA fold compound wrapper
• introduce --compat/-c commandline flag to generate output compatible with the kinetics scripts from RAFFT. This implementation doesn't store redundant structures in the fast-folding graph. The new flag post-processes the output to "re-introduce" those structures to mirror the output of the python prototype. Functionality to produce a transition rate matrix is unaffected by this change.
