What kind of change does this PR introduce?
Subscriptions can filter by wal action. They can be
*,INSERT,UPDATEDorDELETEI also tried to fix the test workflow. I think it's doing the same work as before?
And with the help of Claude I added a docker compose, Dockerfile and a run-test.sh script to quickly run tests locally inside a container
