- Added migration package with core functionalities for managing database migrations. - Created Migration struct to represent individual migrations with versioning. - Implemented Registry to manage migrations and load them from a specified directory. - Developed VersionTracker to handle migration records in the database. - Introduced Migrator to apply and rollback migrations. - Added utility functions for generating version timestamps and managing migration directories. - Created tests for Migration, Migrator, VersionTracker, and overall migration functionality. - Established a test database setup for running migration tests.
