It would be good to have those helper classes documented. Could you add a section for this in the Utilities/Position in the docs? As well as adding visual tests in the position.snapshot.stories.ts file

Dev roundtable resolution: implement z-index utilities for named z-indices and provide automigrations for previous uses of the combined utility classes to migrate them to composable utility classes.
